- Additional fees for services outside the listed transportation options (unless specified).

- Any meals or refreshments during the journey.

- The transport services do not directly mention sightseeing entrance fees or activity costs.

- Gratuities or tips for drivers (unless specified).

1. Reservation Requirements: To ensure availability, we recommend booking your 16-seater private car service at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute reservations may not always be accommodated.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total fare.

3. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your booking, including pick-up times or locations, must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

4. Payment Policy: We accept various payment methods, including cash and credit cards. Full payment is required before the service is rendered unless otherwise arranged.

5. Service Confirmation: Once your booking is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including driver contact information and vehicle specifics.

6. No-Show Policy: The fare will not be refunded if the passenger does not show up at the agreed pick-up location and fails to notify us in advance.

7. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for being on time at the pick-up location. If there is a delay, our drivers are instructed to wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After this period, it may be classified as a no-show.

8. Liability Limitations: While we strive for punctuality and customer satisfaction, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, accidents, or natural events.
