2. Exclusions / Extra Charges:

• Extra bed and extra breakfast charges as above.
• Other personal expenses, such as minibar, laundry, and transportation services.

1. Check-in / Check-out:

• Check-in from 14:00; check-out by noon.
• Early check-in after 09:00: 50% of room rate (breakfast not included); before 09:00: 100% of previous night rate.
• Late check-out until 18:00: 50% of room rate; after 18:00: 100% of room rate.

2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

• FIT (below 7 rooms): Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days: 1-night charge; no-show: full stay charge.
• Special dates: All bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• GIT (7 rooms or more): Cancellation terms advised per case.
