3. MANDATORY MEAL SURCHARGES

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Applicable for standard 1-bedroom units.
- FDLR: 1-night stay with breakfast for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children <12 years).
- Must book at least 7 days in advance during low seasons and 14 days in high seasons (subject to availability).
- Cancellation/amendments must be notified at least 7 days in low season, 21 days in high season, and 30 days during holidays/peak periods.
- Applicable for all days during low season.
- Extra fees apply for peak seasons, additional guests, or room upgrades as per resort regulations.
- Voucher validity: Until Dec 31, 2025.
5. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, NAME CHANGE, AND BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICIES

Free Date Changes: Allowed before the COD deadline of the booking. After the deadline, bookings approved for date changes with subjective reasons will incur a surcharge of USD 25/room/villa, along with any room rate differences (if applicable).

Force Majeure: Notify 24 hours in advance of the check-in time; only one date change per booking is allowed.

Code Splitting & Merging: Notify at least 24 hours before check-in.

Name Changes:

One free name change is permitted at least 48 hours before check-in.

Within 48 hours of check-in, name changes or providing guest names will incur a fee of USD 25/room/change.
