Check-in / Check-out:

- Check-in: from 15:00

- Check-out: 12:00 noon

   + Late check-out until 18:00: 50% charge

   + Late check-out after 18:00: 100% charge

Cancellation policy:

- Regular season (01 Nov 2025 – 31 May 2026; 01 Sep – 31 Oct 2026):

   + Free cancellation before 15 days prior to arrival

   + 50% charge from 15–08 days prior

   + 100% charge within 07 days or no-show

- High season (01 Jun – 31 Aug 2026):

   + Free cancellation before 21 days prior

   + 50% charge from 21–15 days prior

   + 100% charge within 14 days or no-show

- Peak season (22 Dec 2025 – 04 Jan 2026; 18–21 Feb 2026):

   + Free cancellation before 45 days prior

   + 50% charge from 45–31 days prior

   + 100% charge within 30 days or no-show

If booking overlaps multiple seasons, the higher season policy applies.
