DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI (NO MEAL)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional driver holding a name sign. A comfortable private car will take you directly to your hotel/stay in the Old Quarter. After a long journey, we recommend a relaxing evening to settle in and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

Note: Please provide us with your flight number and arrival time so that we can arrange the airport pick-up accordingly.

DAY 2–3: LAN HA BAY OVERNIGHT CRUISE – PARADISE GRAND

Cruise: Paradise Grand (Grand Balcony Cabin )

Transfer: Shared limousine car Hanoi – Ha Long – Hanoi.

Detailed Itinerary (Paradise Grand 2D1N – Winter Program):

Day 1 on Cruise : (Breakfast not included/Lunch/Dinner)

- Breakfast on your own arrangement at your hotel.

- Pick-up: The shared limousine will pick you up at your hotel/stay in the Old Quarter. We will provide you with the car plate number and driver’s phone number one day before departure.

11:30 – 12:00: Check in at Paradise Suites, Tuan Chau Island ( Saigon Lobby – Paradise Suites Hotel, Tuan Chau – Ha Long). Upon arrival, please contact hotline +84 962 209 920 for assistance, or An Du Travel Hotline: +84 988 278 581

12:00 – 12:30: Transfer by speedboat to embark on Paradise Grand.

12:45: Welcome drink & safety briefing.

13:00: Buffet lunch at La Espacia Restaurant while cruising into Lan Ha Bay.

14:30 – 16:30: Visit Viet Hai Village (cycling, walking, or electric car). Explore local life, ancient houses, and enjoy a fish pond foot massage.

16:30 – 17:30: Free time – relax, afternoon tea, or spa treatment (extra charge).

17:30 – 19:00: Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1 free), cooking class, live music at Sundeck or Piano Lounge.

19:00 – 22:00: Set dinner at La Espacia Restaurant.

20:30 – 23:00: Evening entertainment – live band, squid fishing, or movie screening.

Day 2 on Cruise (Nov 13): (Meals included: 1 light breakfast, 1 breakfast/brunch, and 1 light lunch. Dinner not included

06:30: Tai Chi session on sundeck.

06:45 – 07:15: Light breakfast with pastries, coffee, and tea.

07:15 – 08:15: Excursion to Dark & Bright Cave – bamboo boat ride guided by locals.

08:30 – 09:30: Return to Paradise Grand, breakfast served while cruising back to the harbor.

09:30 – 10:00: Settle bills, check out.

10:15 – 10:30: Disembark by speedboat to Tuan Chau Marina.

10:40: You will have a light lunch at Paradise Suites Hotel.

11:45 – 12:00: Transfer back to Hanoi, arrive at your hotel/stay around 15:00. Rest of the day free.

Notes: Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area, but the internet connection is limited due to the geography of the bay.

DAY 4: HANOI AFTERNOON CITY TOUR (NO MEAL)

13:00 – Your private car and English-speaking guide will meet you at your

13:15 – 13:45 – Begin your afternoon with a visit to Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi, beautifully located by West Lake.

14:00 – 14:45 – Explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university and a symbol of classical Vietnamese architecture and Confucian heritage.

15:00 – 15:30 – Stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple and the iconic The Huc Bridge. Enjoy the lake views and surrounding French colonial architecture.

15:40 – 16:00 – Visit Hanoi Train Street, where you can watch local life unfold along a narrow railway track and snap some unique photos (subject to access and local regulations).

16:00 – 18:15 – Relax, enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee or an early dinner before the show (at your own expense).

18:30 – 19:15 – Enjoy a traditional Water Puppet performance at the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre – a must-see cultural experience in Hanoi.

19:30 –Return to your car for transfer back to your apartment in the Hotel/Stay

DAY 5 (11/15) : HOA LU – TAM COC 1 DAY TRIP(-/Lunch/-)

Morning – Enjoy breakfast on your own arrangement at your hotel before departure.

07:00 – 07:45 – Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel/stay and start the 110 km journey (approx. 2.5 hours) by private car through the verdant countryside. Short break en route.

10:00 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple, dating back to the 17th century.

12:00 – Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with delicious regional cuisine.

13:30 – Board a small sampan to explore Tam Coc, which literally means “three caves,” during a 1.5-hour boat trip. Enjoy Halong Bay-like views of limestone cliffs, mysterious caves, peaceful streams, rice paddies, and serene green fields — ideal for photo lovers.

15:30 – Instead of leisure cycling, enjoy a gentle walk along rural roads through scenic villages and alongside limestone mountains.

16:00 – Return to your private car and head back to Hanoi.

18:00 – 18:30 – Drop-off at your hotel/stay

DAY 6: HANOI STREET FOOD TOUR

18:00 – Join us on a 3-hour Motorbike Food Tour, starting with pick-up directly from your hotel/stay.

Explore the culture and history of Hanoi through its vibrant street food scene, visiting family-run eateries and local vendors.

The tasting menu changes daily to reflect the diversity of local cuisine, but it may include (subject to change): beef/chicken pho, grilled pork noodles, snail noodles, sticky rice, fried or steamed pancakes, Vietnamese sandwiches, and various local desserts.

Sample menu: Pho (beef/chicken noodle), Bun Cha (grilled pork with noodle), Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguette), Banh Cuon (steamed rice pancake), Banh Xeo (crispy pancake), Nom Bo Kho (green papaya salad with dried beef), Thit Xien Nuong (grilled pork skewer), Banh Ran Ngot (sweet rice donut), Che (Vietnamese dessert), Ca Phe Trung (egg coffee).

DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM HANOI (NO MEAL)

Enjoy a leisurely morning to pack and relax.

A private transfer to Noi Bai International Airport will be arranged based on your flight time.

- More than 21 days before departure: Full refund

- 15–20 days before departure: 20% fee (non-refundable)

- 10–15 days before departure: 50% fee

- Less than 10 days/no-show: 100% fee

2. TRAVEL ADVICE & IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Travel & Transportation

The journeys between Hanoi – Ha Long and between Hanoi – Ninh Binh are long. Please bring motion sickness medicine if necessary, and kindly inform the driver/guide in advance if additional restroom breaks are required.

For the shared limousine Hanoi – Ha Long, you will need to take a taxi to the meeting point at Pan Pacific Hanoi.

For the Motorbike Food Tour, please make sure to confirm your health condition (especially if you have heart issues, high blood pressure, or joint problems) to ensure safety.

2. Luggage & Personal Preparation

We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes or low-heeled sandals for walking, boarding boats, and exploring caves.

Please bring along essentials such as a sun hat, sunscreen, a light raincoat, and any personal medication (e.g., for blood pressure, diabetes, or joint pain).

3. Meals & Health

Kindly inform us in advance of any food allergies or special dietary requirements (vegetarian, low-fat, low-salt, non-spicy).

Street food can sometimes be oily or spicy; we recommend that elderly travelers eat in moderation.

4. Cruise Services & Weather Conditions

Wi-Fi and mobile signal are limited while cruising in the bay. Please be prepared for reduced connectivity.

Cruise itineraries may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, with safety given the highest priority.

5. Payment & Documents

Passports must have at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry into Vietnam.
