- 01-night stay for 02 adults and 02 children under 1m40, including daily buffet breakfast.
- 01 special set dinner designed by the Executive Chef for 02 adults and 02 children.
- Safari + Game tickets at VinWonders Vu Yen for 02 adults and 02 children under 1m40.
- Complimentary shuttle bus between the hotel and VinWonders Vu Yen (from 08:00 to 22:00, every 30 minutes).
- Special room decoration for children, including 02 Teddy Bears, and free ice cream or soft drinks.
- Free access to the swimming pool, sauna, and gym (for guests aged 16 and above).
- 02 bottles of water, tea, and coffee are replenished daily in the room.
- 01 complimentary family photo with an elegant frame.
2. Exclusions & Surcharges
- Surcharges apply for children over 12 years old or taller than 1m40 m.
- Surcharges for a third guest (adult or child), with or without an extra bed.

- Early check-in before 10:00 AM: 100% of the room rate applies.
- Early check-in from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM: 50% of the room rate, subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out after 4:00 PM: 100% of the room rate applies.
2. Cancellation / No Show Policy
- Cancellation or amendment at least 5 days before check-in: Free of charge.
- Cancellation or amendment within 5 days before arrival: 100% charge for the first night.
