Sun World Ba Den Mountain – Tay Ninh is one of Southern Vietnam’s top spiritual and adventure destinations, located about 100 km from Ho Chi Minh City. 1. Ticket Policy
- Tickets are valid for the date of use only and are non-refundable, non-transferable.
- Children under 1m: Free of charge.
- Children 1m–1.4m: Child rate applies.
- Above 1.4m: Adult rate applies.
- Buffet ticket valid for one session only (drinks excluded).
- During renovation (Oct 25 – Dec 25, 2025), buffet served at Sol Kitchen.
- Group bookings (20+ pax): contact An Du Travel for group deals.
2. General Rules
- Keep your ticket for inspection during the visit.
- No outside food, alcoholic beverages, or pets allowed.
- No hiking outside designated areas; drones require prior approval.
- Follow safety guidelines when using the cable car.
- Dress appropriately in spiritual areas (no short skirts or sleeveless tops).
- Sun World reserves the right to deny entry for rule violations.
3. Refund & Cancellation
- Tickets are non-refundable unless operations are suspended due to weather or technical issues.
- In case of bad weather, tickets may be rescheduled based on Sun World’s policy.
