2. Cancellation and No-show policy for individuals and groups:

- For meals, cancellation must be made 48 hours before service commencement for individuals;
- In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the commencing date, there is a 50% charge for all meals reserved;
- Cancellation on the service commencing date or no-show will incur a full charge for all meals reserved.
FOR GROUPS
- Cancellation is made less than 45 days before the arrival date: 50% room charge for each room reserved;
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date or no-show will incur full charge for all rooms reserved;
- For meals, cancellation must be made 7 days before service commencement for groups;
- In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the commencing date: 50% charge for all meals reserved;
- Cancellation within 48 hours before the service commencing date or no show: full charge for all meals reserved;
