Daily breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and internet access in public areas.

2. Extra Charges:

- Children Policy:

Under 6 years old (max 2 children): Free sharing bed; extra bed USD 25$/night.
6–11 years old: VND 200,000/night sharing bed; extra bed USD 30$/night.
From 12 years old: USD 25$/night sharing bed; extra bed VND USD 45$/night.

- Other Charges: Personal expenses such as minibar, laundry, and transportation.

POLICIES

1. Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in from 14:00; check-out by noon.
Early check-in after 09:00: 50% of room rate (breakfast not included); before 09:00: full night’s charge (previous night booking required).
Late check-out until 18:00: 50% of room rate; after 18:00: 100% of room rate.

2. Reservation & Cancellation:

All bookings require an official confirmation with payment instructions.
FIT (below 7 rooms): Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; cancellations within 7 days or shortened stay incur a 1-night charge; no-show incurs the full stay charge.
Special dates: All bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.
GIT (7 rooms or more): Cancellation policy advised per case.
