We are pleased to announce that Grand Royal Riverside Hue – Fusion Collection will officially open and welcome guests starting 14 March 2026. This is a new upper-upscale hotel developed by Fusion Hotel Group in Hue. Please refer to the attached file for the contract rates and opening promotion offers.

1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

- Check-out time: 12:00 noon

• Late check-out:
  • 12:00 – 18:00: 50% room charge
  • After 18:00: 100% room charge (1 night)
  • Late check-out until 14:00 may be offered complimentary, subject to availability and hotel approval.

- Check-in time: 14:00

• Early check-in:
  • 08:00 – 14:00: 50% room charge
  • Before 08:00: 100% room charge (1 night)
  • Early check-in from 12:00 noon may be complimentary, subject to room availability and hotel approval.

2. Meal Prices

• One meal per day includes: 1 appetizer, 1 main course, 1 dessert
• Full Board includes:

3. Infant & Children Policy

• Baby cots are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
• Extra Beds: One-bedroom rooms: maximum 1 extra bed. Two-bedroom rooms: maximum 2 extra beds. Subject to availability.
• Children under 6 years old: 
  • Free for: Maximum 1 child for one-bedroom rooms. Maximum 2 children for two-bedroom rooms
  • Conditions: Sharing existing bedding with parents. Breakfast included. Second child must book an extra bed: 21 USD net/child/night (including breakfast). Other food and beverages will be charged 100% according to children's menu prices.
• Children from 6 to under 12 years old:
  • Meal price: standard children’s menu pricing applies
  • Mandatory breakfast: 21 USD net/child/night
  • Extra bed (if requested): 40 USD / child/night (including breakfast). Subject to availability.
• Children 12 years old and above
  • Meal price: charged at adult rate
  • Extra bed mandatory: 50 USD net/person/night (including breakfast)

4. Cancellation, Amendment & Payment Policy

All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing and confirmed by the hotel. Late notifications will be subject to the following charges.

• Cancellation or modification more than 7 days before arrival: No charge.
• Cancellation or modification within 7 days before arrival or No-show:
• 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
• Full payment is required 7 days before arrival.

*** High Season

• Cancellation or modification more than 14 days before arrival: No charge.
• Cancellation or modification within 14 days before arrival or No-show:
• 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
• Full payment is required 14 days before arrival.

*** Holidays & Festivals

• Cancellation or modification more than 21 days before arrival: No charge.
• Cancellation or modification within 21 days before arrival or No-show:
• 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
• Full payment is required 21 days before arrival.
