1. Children Policy

• Maximum 03 guests per room (02 adults + 01 child or 03 adults).
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if the number of guests exceeds the confirmed quantity.
• Each room allows a maximum of 01 extra bed, subject to availability.

*** Surcharges per room per night:

• Child under 6 years old: Free, sharing bed with parents.
• Second child under 6 years old: 13 USD, sharing bed with parents.
• Child 6–11 years old: 13 USD, sharing bed with parents.
• Adult from 12 years old and above: 34 USD, using extra bed.
• Extra bed: 34 USD, maximum 1 bed per room.

2. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: After 14:00
• Check-out: Before 12:00 noon

*** Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and surcharge as follows:

- Early Check-in:

• Before 07:00 → 100% of one night’s rate (with breakfast).
• From 08:00 – 10:00 → 70% of one night’s rate (without breakfast).
• From 10:00 – 13:00 → 30% of one night’s rate.

- Late Check-out:

• Until 15:00 → 30% of one night’s rate.
• Until 18:00 → 70% of one night’s rate.
• After 18:00 → 100% of one night’s rate.

1. Payment

• 100% of the total room charge must be paid at the time of booking.
• If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. Cancellation / Amendment

• Cancellation made 7 days before arrival: 1-night charge applies.
• Cancellation made 3 days before arrival: 100% of total room charge applies.
• No-show: 100% of total room charge applies.

3. General Regulations

• All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 3,000,000 VND/room will be charged if smoking is detected.
• Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 – 10:00 AM.
• Deluxe Double and Deluxe Twin rooms can be connected (connecting room).
