1. Occupancy Policy

- Villa Room: Maximum 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years old) sharing a bed with parents (no extra bed)

- Other Room Categories:

• Maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old
• Maximum 3 adults per room

Rate: USD 58 per night. Includes breakfast and additional in-room amenities

5. Payment Policy

• Peak period: 100% of the total booking value is payable 45 days before arrival
• Normal period: 100% of the total room charge is payable 15 days before arrival
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

-Normal Period (FIT bookings):

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation notice at least 15 days before arrival
• Cancellation charge: 100% of the total booking value 

- Peak Period (FIT & Group bookings):

• Cancellations within 45 days before arrival
• Cancellation charge: 100% of the total booking value

7. Cancellation Charges for Meals

• Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance
• Cancellation made within 24–48 hours prior: 50% of the total meal amount
• Same-day cancellations or no-show: 100% of the total meal amount

8. No-show

In case of no-show or early check-out:

• 100% charge of the full length of stay
• 100% charge of all other reserved services (if any)
