POLICIES

1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in time: From 14:00
Early check-in is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows:

Before 10:00: 100% of one-night room rate
After 10:00: 50% of one-night room rate

Check-out time: By 12:00
Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows:

Before 18:00: 50% of one-night room rate
After 18:00: 100% of one-night room rate

2. Extra Bed & Child Policy

Extra bed: VND 600,000 per bed per night, including breakfast. Extra bed placement is subject to room size and availability at the time of booking confirmation.
Maximum of 02 children under 6 years old are allowed to share the existing bed with parents. (Children over 6 years old are not recommended to share beds for comfort reasons.)
Baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.

3. Minimum Stay & Peak Season Surcharge

A minimum stay of 02 consecutive nights is required during public holidays.
Peak season surcharge:
- VND 360,000 per room per night for all room categories
- VND 600,000 per night for Family 02 Bedrooms
