b. 3RD ADULT SURCHARGE POLICY  

- Extra bed and breakfast: USD 28/adult/night ( Extra Bed isn't filled in Superior Room)

c. CHILDREN SURCHARGE POLICY

Children from 06 < 12 years old: USD 11/child/night

2. RESERVATION

- Room requests are subject to availability at the time of confirmation;

- Requests for late check-out are subject to hotel availability. The hotel reserves the right to impose a 50% charge based on Walk-in rates for rooms held up to 18:00 and a full-day charge thereafter; 

- Requests for early check-in will be considered subject to availability. However, to guarantee the availability of a room for early check-in, the room must be reserved before the guest’s arrival. The hotel reserves the right to impose a 50%- 100% charge based on Walk-in rates for early check-in.
