1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: before 12:00
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to room availability and surcharge:
• Late check-out until 15:00: +30% room rate/night
• Late check-out after 15:00: +100% room rate/night

2. Cancellation & Modification

• Cancel 7 days before arrival: Free of charge (deposit refunded, excluding bank fee).
• Cancel 3–6 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking charged.
• Cancel within 48 hours / No-show: 100% of the total booking charged.
• During peak season or holidays, the cancellation policy may differ.

3. Smoking & Pet Policy

• All rooms are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside/in the garden.
• A cleaning fee may apply if smoking inside rooms.
• Pets are not allowed (exceptions must be approved in advance, with a possible surcharge).

4. Safety & Security

• Valid ID (Citizen ID / Passport) required upon check-in for registration.
• Guests must follow local fire safety and on-site regulations.
• Guests are responsible for in-room property; damages or losses will be charged accordingly.
