Viettravel Airlines Name Change Policy Effective 20/09/2024

An Du Ticket Office is pleased to announce Viettravel Airlines' NAME CHANGE POLICY effective from September 20, 2024, as follows:

- Applicable fare classes: Economy Flex & Premium Economy
Change fee: 15 USD (excluding VAT) plus fare difference (if any)

*The new fare must equal or exceed the original fare purchased. The fee is applicable per change, and there is no limit on the number of changes as long as the ticket is still valid.

- Change deadline:

• Domestic flights: At least 3 hours before departure time
• International flights: At least 4 hours before departure time

- Applicable passengers: • Individual customers
- Timeframe: Applicable for all PNRs that have not flown (including round trips) from 00:00 on September 20, 2024, until further notice.

- Name change conditions:

• Must change for the entire itinerary. If a passenger has completed one leg of the journey, the remaining legs cannot be changed.
• Name change fee applies per passenger/Booking code (PNR)/per change. • Fare difference fee at the time of name change (if any).
• Name change does not include date, time, or itinerary changes.
• Not applicable if the passenger has already paid the rebooking fee.
