1. Inclusions
Rates are applicable per room per night, for 2 guests, inclusive of breakfast and VAT.
2. Exclusions
Other incidental expenses not mentioned above.
Services during exhibitions, conferences, or meetings (rates not valid for these purposes).
A deodorizing fee applies for smoking or bringing strong-smelling food into the room.
Pet service: Guests must inform at least 07 days in advance for suitable pet-friendly hotel arrangements.
Surcharges for children, extra beds, or third guests (see policy section below).
1. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in: After 14:00
- Check-out: Before 12:00
*** Late check-out:
- Before 18:00 – 50% room charge per night.
- After 18:00 – 100% room charge per night.
- Early check-in upon request via email, subject to room availability and an additional charge.
2. Children Policy
*** Low & High Seasons:
- Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing a room with parents (maximum 1 child/room, no extra bed).
- 1 child (6–11 years old): USD 11/night, including breakfast.
- 2 children (6–11 years old): Require 1 extra bed at USD 15/night, including breakfast.
- Children from 12 years old: Charged as adults –
- Without extra bed: USD 13/night
- With extra bed: USD 15/night
*** Public Holidays & New Year Periods:
- Children under 6 years old: Free of charge (max 1 child/room).
- 1 child (6–11 years old): USD 11/night, including breakfast.
- 2 children (6–11 years old): Extra bed USD 17/night, including breakfast.
- Children from 12 years old:
- Without extra bed: USD 15/night
- With extra bed: USD 22/night
3. Cancellation, Amendment & No-show Policy
- 15–30 days before arrival: No charge.
- 14–10 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking value.
- 10–5 days before arrival: 50% charge; the remaining 50% deposit will be retained for future bookings.
- Less than 5 days / No-show: 100% of total booking value.
- Amendments (room quantity or check-in date) must be made at least 07 days in advance and not exceed 10% of the total value.
- Retained deposits must be used within the contract validity period.
4. Notes
- Len’s Hotel is a non-smoking property. Violation will incur deodorizing fees based on actual costs.
- Pets: Must be registered at least 7 days in advance for coordination.
