INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

- Accommodation according to the selected room type.
- 5% service charge according to hotel policy.
2. Rates do not include:
- VAT (Value Added Tax).

POLICIES
1. Child Policy
- Under 6 years old: free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
- 6 – 12 years old: surcharge 7 USD per child per night.
- From 12 years old: charged as adults.
2. Check-in / Check-out & Surcharges
- Check-in: after 14:00 • Check-out: before 12:00 noon.
- Early / Late check (subject to availability):
- Before 06:00 → 100% of the room rate.
- 06:00 – 10:00 → 50% of the room rate.
- 12:30 – 18:00 → 50% of the room rate.
- After 18:00 → 100% of the room rate.
3. Amendment & Cancellation
- 45–30 days before arrival → 5% charge.
- 29–07 days → 20% charge.
- 07–03 days → 50% charge.
- Within 3 days or no-show → 100% charge.
4. Peak Periods / Holidays
Weekends (Fri–Sat), Solar & Lunar New Year, Hung Kings’ Anniversary, Apr 30 – May 1, National Day, and local festivals.
