1. Children Policy
Children under 6 years old sharing a bed with parents: Free breakfast for 1 child/room.
A maximum of 2 children under 10 years old are allowed to share a bed with parents.
A breakfast surcharge applies for the second child or children over 6 years old.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: before 12:00 noon
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and prior notice.

- Before 06:00: 100% of the room rate (including breakfast)
- 06:00 – 09:00: 50% of the room rate
- 09:00 – 12:00: 30% of the room rate

- 12:00 – 15:00: 30% of the room rate
- 15:00 – 18:00: 50% of the room rate
- After 18:00: 100% of the room rate
3. Room Occupancy
- Room capacity is strictly based on the hotel’s room description table.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if the number of guests exceeds the confirmed booking.
4. Booking Policy
During holidays or Tet periods: minimum 2 consecutive nights required.
5. Amendment & Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before arrival: No charge.
- 15–21 days prior: 1-night charge during holidays/Tet; no charge for regular periods.
- 07–15 days prior: 1-night charge during high season; 100% charge during holidays/Tet.
- 04–07 days prior: 1-night or 100% charge depending on period.
- Within 03 days or No-show: 100% charge of total booking value.
- If guests do not check in by 23:00 on the arrival date without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to release the booking and charge 100% of the total room cost.
- In case of early check-out or late arrival, full payment will still be applied.
