1. Child Policy

• Under 6 years old: Free of charge. Maximum 01 child sharing bed with parents; second child subject to breakfast surcharge.
• From 6 to 11 years old: 14 USD/child, including breakfast.
• From 12 years old and above: 18 USD/person, considered as an adult, including breakfast.

Note: Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in areas such as elevators, balconies, and hot water zones.

4. Early Check-in / Late Check-out

• Before 06:00: 100% of the room rate, breakfast included.
• 06:00 – 09:00: 50% of the room rate, breakfast included.
• 09:00 – 12:00: 20% of the room rate, breakfast not included.
• 13:00 – 17:00 (Late check-out): 10% per hour.
• After 17:00: 100% of the room rate.

5. Cancellation and Amendment Policy

*** Normal Days:

• Notice 7 days or more: Free of charge.
• Notice 4 to 6 days: 50% of the room rate.
• Notice less than 3 days: 100% of the room rate.

*** Holidays / Tet:

• Notice 14 days or more: Free of charge.
• Notice 7 to 13 days: 50% of the room rate.
