• Deluxe Double (32m²): Standard occupancy 2 adults; maximum 2 adults + 1 child; 1 King bed.
• Deluxe Twin (32m²): Standard occupancy 2 adults; maximum 2 adults + 1 child; 2 Single beds.
• Deluxe Family (40m²): Standard occupancy 3 adults; maximum 3 adults + 2 children; 1 Double bed + 1 Single bed.
• Deluxe Triple (48m²): Standard occupancy 3 adults; maximum 3 adults + 1 child; 3 Single beds.
• Executive Suite (65m²): Standard occupancy 2 adults; maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child; 1 King bed.
• Luxury Grand Suite (85m²): Standard occupancy 2 adults; maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child; 1 King bed.
• Garden Grand Suite (121m²): Standard occupancy 2 adults; maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child; 1 King bed.

1. Meals

*** Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2025:

• Child (<5): Free

*** Daily Meals:

• Breakfast surcharge for child (5–<12): $14
• Child (<5) sharing a meal with adults: Free.
• Lunch/Dinner buffet or set menu: Free for children under 5 sharing meals with adults.

2. Included Services in Room Rates

• Daily breakfast

1. Child Policy

• Maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing a bed with parents per room (not recommended for children over 6 years for comfort reasons).
• Booking 2 adults + 2 children requires an extra bed according to hotel policy.

• Under 5 years: Free
• 5–<12 years: $13.04 per child

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 14:00  Check-out: 12:00

Flexible within ±60 minutes upon request and availability.

*** Late check-out:

• Before 18:00 → 50% of one night’s rate
• After 18:00 → 100% of one night’s rate

*** Early check-in:

• After 09:00 → 50% of one night’s rate
• Before 09:00 → 100% of one night’s rate
• Subject to room availability and prior confirmation. 

3. Minimum Stay

During Peak Season, a minimum of 2 consecutive nights is required.

4. Cancellation Policy (FIT: 1–9 rooms)

• ≥45 days prior: No charge (all seasons)
• 30–44 days: Peak 50%; other seasons free
• 15–29 days: High 50%; Peak 100%; Low free
• 7–14 days: Low 50%; High/Peak 100%
• ≤7 days / No-show / Shortened stay: 100% of total room charge
• Early departure: Unused nights are non-refundable

5. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters or technical issues that prevent normal operation, the hotel reserves the right to relocate guests to an equivalent nearby property at no extra cost.

6. Payment Terms

• Low Season: 20% deposit within 7 days after confirmation; balance due 14 days before check-in.
• High Season: 20% deposit within 4 days; balance due 30 days before check-in.
• Peak Season: Full payment (100%) required at least 59 days before arrival.
