CONDITIONS FOR REDUCTION, CANCELLATION, OR NO CANCELLATION
1 - Weekday:
- Adjustment:
- Service increases will depend on the hotel's room availability.
- Adjusting or reducing the service 14 days before the arrival date will not incur a charge.
- Adjusting to reduce service less than 14 - 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reduced service fee.
- Adjusting to reduce service less than 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reduced service fee.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellation of the service 10 days before the date of arrival will not incur a charge. In case a deposit has been made, the amount will be reserved and deducted from guest's future bookings and service bookings.
- Cancellation of service less than 07 to 14 days before arrival to use the service will be charged equal to the deposit amount.
- Cancellation of service less than 07 days before using the service will result charge of the total amount of the service the guest booked.
2 - Holidays and weekends (Friday + Saturday):

- Adjusting to reduce service less than 10 - 15 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reduced service fee.

- Cancellation
- Cancellation 15 days before the date of arrival will not be charged. In case a deposit has been made, the amount will be reserved and deducted from guests' future bookings and service bookings
- Cancellation less than 10 to 14 days before arrival to use the service will result in a charge equal to the deposit amount.
- Cancellation less than 10 days before using the service will result charge of the total amount of the service the guest booked.
3 - No-show:
- From 6:00 p.m. on the check-in date, all reservations (rooms) that do not show up are considered
- No Show with a 100% charge, and the hotel has the full right to use the reserved rooms (Except for late arrivals, notification via email or phone).
