POLICIES

1. Public Holidays

Rates are not applicable during public holidays such as Vietnam National Day (August 30–31 & September 1, 2025). Please contact us for detailed holiday rates.
A compulsory surcharge of USD 25/net/person applies for one meal during the holiday period.
Children from 6 to under 12 years old: USD 134/net/child. Complimentary for children under 6 years old.

2. Occupancy & Child Policy

Maximum occupancy in a guest room is 03 adults with an extra bed, or 02 adults and up to 02 children under 12 years old (with an extra bed).
Complimentary breakfast for children under 6 years old sharing the parents’ room using the existing bed — maximum 02 children per room per night.
A complimentary baby cot is available, subject to availability.
Breakfast surcharge for children 6 under 12 years old sharing the parents’ room using the existing bed: USD 15 net per child per night.
Children 12 years old and above: An Extra bed surcharge as an adult will be applied at USD 30/person/night (including breakfast).
Children 12 years old and above without extra bed: Surcharge of USD 25/person/night (including breakfast).
