3. Payment Terms
- Group bookings: 50% deposit required; remaining balance must be paid 3 days prior to arrival.
- Failure to provide timely confirmation → reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Any changes must be notified at least 07 days in advance.
- All incidental charges must be settled by guests before check-out.
