• Cancel <72 hours or no-show: 100% charge.

• Cancel ≥14 days before check-in: refundable or transferable within 60 days.
• Cancel 7–13 days before check-in: 50% charge.

2. Child Policy & Extra Person Surcharge:

• Children under 6 years old: free of charge if sharing a bed with parents.
• Children 6–11 years old: surcharge per villa policy.
• From 12 years old: considered adults.
• Extra bed/mattress: charged separately depending on villa type.

3. Check-in Requirements:

• ID card or passport required at check-in.
• A refundable security deposit (in cash or bank transfer) is required and will be returned upon check-out if no damages occur.
