1. Cancellation Policy

For bookings of 01–05 rooms:

• Cancellation 08–05 days before arrival: 30% of the total room value charged.
• Cancellation 05–02 days prior: 50% charged.
• Cancellation 01 day prior or NO-SHOW: 100% charged.
• Non-refundable during Peak Season & Holiday periods.

For bookings of 06 rooms or more:

• Cancellation 14–08 days before arrival: 30% charged.
• Cancellation 08–04 days prior: 50% charged.
• Cancellation within 03 days or NO-SHOW: 100% charged.
• Non-refundable during Peak Season & Holiday periods.

Other regulations:

• If cancellation does not violate the conditions above, the deposit will not be refunded in cash but will be credited toward future bookings.
• For Holiday/Peak Season bookings, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in: after 14:00
• Check-out: before 12:00

Early Check-in Surcharge:

• 00:00 – 06:00 → 100% of room rate
• 06:00 – 09:00 → 50%
• 09:00 – 12:00 → 30%

Late Check-out Surcharge:

• 12:00 – 15:00 → 30%
• 15:00 – 18:00 → 50%
• After 18:00 → 100%

3. Deposit & Payment

For 01–05 rooms:

• Deposit 30%, balance paid 03 days before arrival.
• Peak Season/Holidays: deposit 50%, balance paid 07 days before arrival.

For 06 rooms or more:

• Deposit 50% upon booking & confirmation; balance paid 03 days before arrival.
• Peak Season/Holidays: deposit 80%, balance paid 03 days before arrival.

Additional charges:

• All incidental charges must be settled by guests before check-out.
