1. Children Policy

• Under 1m: Not allowed to ride alone; must be accompanied by an adult.
• From 1m to under 1.4m: Can join the ride but must sit with an adult.
• From 1.4m and above: Considered adults; can ride independently as per regulations.

2. Ticket Booking & Usage Policy

• Tickets are valid only on the date specified and are non-refundable / non-changeable.
• Guests must keep their e-ticket or paper ticket for entry verification.
• Multiple promotions cannot be applied simultaneously.
• In case of bad weather (rain, storms, heavy fog) causing suspension of the ride, An Du Travel will assist with rescheduling or refund according to official regulations.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the event of operational suspension due to weather, technical maintenance, or force majeure.
• Unused or partially used tickets will not be refunded.
• Changes to ticket details (name, date, quantity) are not accepted after payment.
