INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
1. Ticket includes:
- Admission to the Symphony of the Sea (SOTS) show (operating hours: 19:00–20:30 on weekdays).
- Access to the Kiss Bridge area.
2. Not included:
- Meals, drinks, and personal expenses.
- Transportation to and from Sun World Hon Thom.
- Any other services not mentioned in the “Included” section.
POLICIES
- Tickets are valid only on the date and at the park specified on the ticket.
- Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded at the park ticket counter, even before the expiration date.
- Operating hours may change depending on weather conditions or seasonal schedules.
- Children under 1 meter in height are entitled to free admission.
- Children from 1 meter and above are charged the same price as adults.
