1. Services Included

• Admission to the Seal Show at your selected showtime (10:00 or 15:00).

• Entry to both Tuan Chau Farm and King Kong Park (Buy 1 get 2 access).
• Free tickets for children under 100 cm (Seal Show) and under 80 cm (Farm/Park).
• Support with ticket usage and on-site check-in guidance.

2. Services Not Included

• Meals, transportation, and accommodation.
• Games or additional services are not covered by the ticket.
• Personal travel insurance.
• Tour guide services.

1. Payment Policy

• 100% payment is required upon booking confirmation.
• Payment methods: bank transfer or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
• In case of show cancellation due to weather or force majeure, tickets will be rescheduled to the next showtime or an alternative date (subject to Tuan Chau Park’s policy at the time).

3. Other Notes

• Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the showtime for check-in and seating.
• Tuan Chau Farm operating hours: Morning 08:00–11:00 | Afternoon 13:30–17:00 (closed from 11:00–13:30)
• Maximum stay at the Farm: 1 hour (or 30 minutes during peak times).
• Please keep your tickets intact. Do not tear or lose the QR code to ensure entry.
