Extra Bed: USD 35$ (including breakfast).
Extra Breakfast: USD25$/person.
Compulsory Dinner: Applied on holidays, from USD 35$/person.
Benefits: Welcome drink upon arrival, daily breakfast at Ta Van Restaurant, complimentary bottled water & tea/coffee, minibar, in-room safe, free internet.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00. Early check-in before 06:00 is charged 100% of the room rate; after 06:00 is charged 50% (without breakfast). Late check-out before 18:00 is charged 50%, after 18:00 is charged 100%.
Children Policy: Free for 1 child under 5 years old/room/night; children 6–11 years old charged VND USD 15$/night; children 12 years and above charged as adults.
Cancellation: Fees vary by season and number of rooms (from 50% to 100% of the room rate). No-show charged 100%. No refund for shortened stay.
