2. CANCELLATION POLICY

- Non-refundable booking: The resort supports booking transfers (no change name ) for up to two months ( excluding holiday periods ) from the check-in date in case of force majeure events ( natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).

- Promotional program: This program replaces all previously announced promotional programs.
