1. Seasonality

• Peak Season: August 30 – September 2, 2025 (4 nights); December 24, 2025 – January 4, 2026 (12 nights).

• Minimum nights’ stay: Minimum 2 consecutive nights during peak season.

2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 14:00; check-out by noon. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.

- Early Check-in:

• Before 09:00 hours: 100% of the room charge

• After 09:00 hours: 50% of the room charge

- Late Check-out:

• Before 18:00 hours: 50% of the room charge.

• After 18:00 hours: 100% of the room charge

However, this is subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion.

- Early Departure: In the event a guest who has reserved a room checks out before the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge for the entire stay, and no refunds will be given.

3. Honeymoon & Anniversary Services

• Fruit basket, celebration cake, and welcome card

• Special bed decoration and flower petals 

• Proof of recent marriage (within six months) is required at the time of booking or check-in.

5. Payment Terms:

• Normal Season: Full payment 14 days (FIT) / 30 days (GIT) before arrival.

• Peak Season: Full payment 30 days (FIT) / 45 days (GIT) before arrival.

6. Cancellation:

• Season: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; 50% charge 14–8 days; 100% charge within 7 days or no-show.

• Peak Season: Free cancellation up to 31 days; 50% charge 30–15 days; 100% charge within 14 days or no-show.
